⚙️ Qualifying Structure (Q1–Q3)

Qualifying is a high-stakes, knockout battle against the clock.

Q1: A 20-driver scramble; the slowest five are cut, filling positions 16 to 20. Q2: The 15 survivors fight for a place in the top 10; another five see their hopes dashed. Q3: The elite ten, with low fuel and new tyres, duel for the honor of starting first.

One perfect lap can make a champion.

🏎️ Points & Championships

Podiums are memorable, but points are permanent.

Championship points are distributed from 1st (25 points) to 10th (1 point). An extra point is awarded for the race's Fastest Lap, adding a strategic layer for those in the top ten. These points are the lifeblood of two championships: the Drivers' title, a test of individual skill, and the Constructors' title, a measure of a team's overall strength and consistency.

🚦 Pit Stops & Race Safety

Strategy is the invisible driver in every race.

The sporting rules require at least one pit stop to change tyre compounds, turning the race into a moving chess game. A slow stop or a perfectly executed one can gain or lose multiple positions in seconds. When an incident occurs, race control may deploy the Safety Car, which controls the pace of the field, or the Virtual Safety Car (VSC), which forces all cars to slow to a delta time, freezing the gaps between them and forcing teams to recalculate their strategies on the fly.
